Tioga Sequoia Brewing CO's #CraftOutLoud Campaign
Being a successful brand doesn’t just have to do with the company it belongs to, but also the community that is built around it. It’s about the people that participate in the mission that brand stands for. This is why we were thrilled to become partners of the #CraftOutLoud campaign that Jeffrey Scott Agency created for Tioga Sequoia Brewing Co. We were brought on as the video production partner to execute the vision of the campaign with our storytelling. The nine-week campaign profiles Fresno citizens that participate on a craft of their own every day–whether that craft be in music, activities, or an artisan craft.
Our job was to capture the magic behind the individual's craft. We created a series of :25 to :30 videos profiling the crafters by showing a glimpse of how they #CraftOutLoud. Maybe you came across one of the cool stories on Tioga Sequoia Brewing Co’s Instagram or Facebook pages.
One of our favorite characteristics of the #CraftOutLoud campaign is seeing how it brings people together. It brings only a few of the incredible stories from the Central Valley to light, but we hope it inspires others to keep their craft alive.
How do you #CraftOutLoud?
This video profiles Petite Église–a blues, jazz, and indie music duo. The duo enjoys sharing their music and journey with everyone. We enjoyed capturing a glimpse of their journey and craft.
“To see the look on people’s faces. To see them snapping their fingers, and movin’ their shoulders and grooving. That is an experience that we’re sharing together. That’s how we Craft Out Loud.”
Iron+Copper+Bronze is a female-owned company that handcrafts durable and rugged bags. Their studio is located in Downtown, Fresno where they get to share their passion with not only our community, but rest of the world.
“We trial every single bag we make. Every cut, every seam that we make. Every rivet that we place. Detail. Detail. Detail. We want to give the best product to our customers.”
Daniel and Spencer are rock climbers that frequent Metal Mark. Their craft is the challenges they encounter and fears they overcome when they embark on a new rock to climb.
“What makes rock climbing such a different sport is that it’s something you can never master. There’s just an infinite of rock to climb. The craft behind it is it’s almost like a dance. You really find out you’re not the the only one up there.”
Sometimes when people think of the word 'crafting' they think of someone making a tangible item. However, the #CraftOutLoud campaign wanted to prove that we all participate in a craft every day. This video highlights Sol Eufracio, whom is part of the Fire Squad which supports the Fresno Fuego and Fresno Freeze. She's passionate about supporting the teams and that's how she crafts out loud.
At Meza Films a part of our craft involves having fun. That is why we decided to give the #CraftOutLoud campaign a little spin by creating our own story. You'll see that Enrique and his puppet "Adam" were the muses in this video.
...and that's how you #CraftOutLoud, folks!
